- The Subject Line of your email should read: Name of Organization_County_20-21_COVID OR Wildfire_Final Report
- Report Templates should be named: Name of your Organization_County_20-21_COVID OR Wildfire_Final Report in Word Document Format.
Final reports should be submitted via email to [email protected].
