Programs and agencies that receive United Way funding are required to submit Interim and Final year reporting and budgeting information by the required dates listed below. Reporting allows United Way to gauge efficacy of the program, while ensuring that donor dollars are being utilized properly and according to initial grant applications.

Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Reporting Cycle Important Dates
  • Agency Interim Reports Due   |   January 23, 2023
  • Agency Site Visits   |   February-March 2023
  • Agency Final Reports Due  |   July 31, 2023​

Programs and agencies that receive United Way Emergency Funding are required to submit final reporting  information by the required dates listed below. Submitting your report  
Submit your final report packet in one email using the following criteria:
  • The Subject Line of your email should read: Name of Organization_County_20-21_COVID OR Wildfire_Final Report 
  • Report Templates should be named: Name of your Organization_County_20-21_COVID OR Wildfire_Final Report in Word Document Format.

​Final reports should be submitted via email to office@uwlbl.org. 

Emergency Fund Reporting Important Dates
  • Note: Due to the rolling nature of both emergencies and awarding timeline of grants, please work with United Way President & CEO Blake Pang for dates applicable to your specific grant.
