Kevin ManskePresident & CEO
He/Him/His Call: (541) 905-7883 Kevin has been heavily involved in the Linn County Community for 30 years. He participates in many boards and committees around the Albany area and is excited to join the United Way team. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and can often be found exploring the outdoors, fishing, traveling to new places, cooking or playing drums in a band!

Michael McClainDirector of Resource Development
He/Him/His Call: (541) 619-8961 Michael has been involved with United Way in various professional and volunteer capacities since 2014 and joined our team in early 2019. Michael is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with current and prospective donors, annual workplace campaigns, fundraising, and recruiting campaign volunteers. Michael is a graduate of Montana State University and has previously worked in youth programs in Montana and Washington. When he is not on the campaign trail, Michael can be found with his family exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Chris SherrodDirector of Community Impact
He/Him/His Call: (541) 619-8003 Chris started with the United Way in July of 2021. Chris is responsible for being the liaison with partners, stakeholders and officials in communities we serve to best understand what we can do to have the most impact on the most people possible. Chris is a graduate of Idaho State University and Creighton University with a background in non-profit and governmental program and partnership development. When not working, Chris enjoys expanding his record collection and exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Mariya Harris
Director of Community Relations
She/Her Call: (541)619-8095 Mariya joined the United Way in September 2022, where she leads the charge in overseeing all media, PR, and event operations. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in communications and media from Brandman University, Mariya brings a wealth of experience from her diverse professional background in healthcare, customer service, and marketing. Her passion for collaboration and contribution to the nonprofit sector drives her work every day.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Mariya finds immense joy in spending quality time with her loved ones. She and her husband embark on outdoor adventures, exploring nature and creating memories with their son and daughter. Maddy Yang
Community Sustainability and Support Program Manager
She/Her/Hers Maddy started with United Way in April 2024. She supports community partners that have services and programs for those who are unhoused. She graduated from Willamette University with dual degrees in Biology and Spanish and a minor in Chemistry. She has worked in the non-profit sector for her entire career wearing a variety of different hats and supporting community through various lenses and programs—from medical to COVID-19 and Wildfire response to housing programming and navigation. When not at work, she enjoys fishing, crabbing, and camping. She loves sitting out on a dock with her bobber in the water waiting for a fish that will never bite! Whether she catches a fish or not, being out in the sunshine surrounded by Oregon's nature is where she likes to be.
