BLAKE
Pang President & CEO
he/him/his Blake has worked for United Way for over 16 years starting in Honolulu, HI (his hometown) with stops in Cincinnati, OH and Spokane, WA. Starting in September 2017, Blake took over the Chief Executive Officer position as the leader for our organization across the three county region. He is a graduate of Linfield College in McMinnville, OR and while there managed student volunteer projects including a project right here in Albany. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and girlfriend as well as pursuing his passion as a very-amateur race car driver. He is a member of Greater Albany Rotary and of the Forbes Nonprofit Council.

MICHAEL
McClain Director of
Resource Development he/him/his Michael has been involved with United Way in various professional and volunteer capacities since 2014 and joined our team in early 2019. Michael is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with current and prospective donors, annual workplace campaigns, fundraising, and recruiting campaign volunteers. Michael is a graduate of Montana State University and has previously worked in youth programs in Montana and Washington. When he is not on the campaign trail, Michael can be found with his family exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

LEAH
Horton Director of Community
Relations & Engagement she/her/hers Leah has been with United Way since 2015, first serving Spokane County United Way in numerous roles until relocating to United Way of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties in 2017. Leah is responsible for media relations, marketing & communications, affinity group management, and general community relations. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!) and previously worked in television advertising. In her spare time you can find Leah enjoying the outdoors with her family, volunteering in the community, or serving her college fraternity, Alpha Omicron Pi.
