2022-2023 Basic Needs Grant Funding 

The United Way of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties has switched to an online application software beginning the 2022-23 grant funding cycle. Please follow the linked button below to access the online application portal, create your account, and apply.

  • Application portal opens  |   February 17, 2022
  • 2022-2023 Meeting Basic Needs Orientation & Executive Forum   
    • All Counties via Zoom - Feb. 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. 
  • Grant applications due   |   March 21, 2022 at 5:00 PM PST
    • ​Completed applications should be submitted on the application portal. 
  • Community Impact Committee & Volunteer Allocation Meetings   |   April 2022
  • Funding Recommendations submitted for Board of Directors Approval   |   May 2022

2021-2022 Submission Information 
Below you will find the materials needed to complete your application for 2021-2022 funding. The following materials are available above:

• Agency Application (Word Document)

• Kickoff Process Information (PowerPoint File)

Note: Make sure to complete separate applications for each Impact Area you are requesting funds from and that you are selecting the correct county for funding. 

A complete Individual Application for Funding by Impact Area packet will consist of: 
• Agency application labeled accordingly (County/Agency Name/Program Name - Word Document Format) 
• Individual Program applications, if applying for more than one program (one for each county and program for which you are applying for - Word     
   Document Format
)
• Financials/Program Budget 
       • Most recently completed financial audit, review, or compilation as required (PDF Format) 
       • Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Report (PDF Format)
       • Most current Internal Revenue Service Form 990 submitted to the State of Oregon (form only) include pages 1-5 – do not include
         schedules (PDF Format)
