As such, the application process across all three-counties will be identical. Please contact office@uwlbl.org with any questions regarding this process. 2023-2024 Basic Needs / Corvallis City Socail Services Grant Funding 

The United Way of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties has switched to an online application software beginning the 2022-23 grant funding cycle. Please follow the linked button below to access the online application portal, create your account, and apply.

2023-2024 APPLICATION PORTAL
2023-2024 Key Dates:
  • Application portal opens  |   February 17, 2023
  • 2023-2024 Meeting Basic Needs Orientation & Executive Forum   
    • All Counties via Zoom - Feb. 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. ​
  • ​Basic Needs and City of Corvallis Social Services Grant applications due | April 16th at 5:00 PM PST
  • All completed applications should be submitted on the application portal. 
  • Community Impact Committee & Volunteer Allocation Meetings   |   April/May 2023
  • Funding Recommendations submitted for Board of Directors Approval   |   May 2023

2023-2024 Key Changes:
  • Allocations payments will be distributed quarterly rather than monthly.
  • Linn County only: Linn County grants will no longer be two-year grant cycles. They will be a ONE-year grant. Organizations/programs that were awarded funding in 2022-2023 will still receive their second-year grant for the program. Your application from last granting cycle will be uploaded for you in the new grant year. This will be the final year. Applicants applying for 2023-2024 programs will be on a one- year grant.

2023-2024 Interim Report Key Dates:
  • Interim Reports Due: January 15th, 2024
  • Final Reports Due: July 15th, 2024
